Directors Election and Candidate Filing Period

This November 6th eligible voters within Ft. Bend Levee Improvement District #15 will vote to authorize the conversion of LID 15 from an appointed to elected Board, and if successful, to elect five directors, one each from the following precincts…
  • Precinct 1: Riverstone North Sections 1 and 6, Ivory Ridge, Avalon Sections 1-5
  • Precinct 2: Riverstone North Sections 2-5 and 7, Crossing Cove, The Crossing, Nandina, Brookside
  • Precinct 3: Avalon Sections 6-24, Marble Bend
  • Precinct 4: The Villas, Alden Springs, Olive Hill, Prestwick, Pecan Ridge, Whisper Rock, Auburn Manor, Silver Grove, Providence, Vintage Trails, and Sanders Glen
  • Precinct 5: The Island, Waterside, Majestic Pointe, Ivy Bend, Hartford Landing, Crescent View Estates, Meridian Park, Kensington, Senova, Edgewood
Applications for individuals interested in running for one of the elected positions are being accepted until Monday, August 20 at 5pm. This means that all applications must be filled out in their entirety and returned to the Muller Law Group no later than 5pm on Monday, August 20.  NOTE:  Postmarked applications that are received after Monday, August 20 at 5pm, will NOT be accepted.  In addition, incomplete applications will also not be accepted.

Community Meeting

Please mark your calendars. LID 15 will conduct a community meeting on Wednesday, June 27, at 6:30 p.m. at The Clubhouse at Riverstone, 18353 University Boulevard, Sugar Land.

The Board and consultants will provide an update on current and on-going flood protection and drainage projects.

If you have any specific questions you would like to have addressed at the community meeting, please submit them in writing (https://www.fblid15.com/contact-us) no later than the end of the day on Friday, June 22.

This meeting is intended for LID 15 residents. It is our understanding that LID 19 will conduct a separate community meeting on June 9th.
